Who we are
While 77% of those who accept Christ do so before the age of 18, only 4% of our students claim a relationship with Him. IGNITE is here to help those who reach youth with evangelism, discipleship and leadership training.
Here's the problem: the great majority of the trained youth leaders are reaching the minorty of the young people of the world. At one time, it was said that 95% of the trained workers minister to about 5% of the youth. This can be changed by offering service that IGNITE brings to youth ministries all over the planet, Our strategy is simple: Build disciples (Matthew 28:19-20) who build disciples (2 Timothy 2:2) by helping youth ministries locally, nationally and globally (Acts 1:8).

Speaking/Training
Youth leaders often wear so many hats that they have little time to actually spend with their volunteers and students! Sometimes, having a guest speaker or trainer can allow for some much needed time together, not to mention provide a little support from another voice.

Consulting/Mentoring
Youth ministry information has never been more accessible than today, but the need help from a trusted outside source who can see objectively into our particular ministry's strengths, weaknesses, and best "next steps." Scott has 30 years of experience to help you.

Retreats/Camps
Students have so much noise and distractions around them, which is why we see the greatest spiritual awareness and growth take place when we get them away from the "same old." Scott can speak for you or set you up with one of 5 camps, or take you to Guatemala, DR, Cuba, Jamaica, or Brazil!
